Current Job: Performance Improvement Specialist for the Piedmont Healthcare System
Biography:

Jen is a Performance Improvement Specialist for the Piedmont Healthcare System. In her role she helps drive and support system-wide efforts to improve the quality and safety across the system. Prior to her role at Piedmont, Jen worked in athletic development for Georgia Tech overseeing the day to day operations of the athletic fundraising office. Jen has remained involved at Georgia Tech since graduation serving on both the Women's Alumnae Network board as well as the board of the Black Alumni Organization. In her free time, Jen is an avid runner, goes to many Georgia Tech sporting events, and enjoys any quiet time she can get buried in a book.
