Isabel Ruthotto is a PhD candidate in Public Policy at the Georgia Institute of Technology and Georgia State University. Her research interests include higher education policy and workforce issues in science and technology. Isabel holds a M.S. in Public Policy and Management from King’s College London, UK and a B.A. in Political Science and Law from the University of Münster, Germany. Her professional experience includes program evaluation, policy development, and management consulting in the US, Germany, and Canada.
