Study Links Child Tax Credit Payments to Reduced Child Abuse, Neglect

School of Public Policy Assistant Professor Lindsey Rose Bullinger’s latest study finds that the child tax credit payments received by millions of American families in the fall of 2021 may have helped reduce child abuse and neglect-related visits to emergency rooms.
