"Cultivating Calm: Creating Balance and Managing Stress in Changing Times" will explore the science and practice of balance, resilience, and mindfulness during periods of change. Led by Professor Tiffiny Hughes-Troutman from the School of Psychology, this interactive session includes reflection activities, open discussion, and practical strategies for managing stress. The event will take place in the newly renovated DM Smith Building, Room 115, and conclude with a networking lunch.
