Biography:

Evan is an Assistant Professor in the University of Texas at Arlington’s department of Public Affairs and Planning where he teaches classes in public policy and administration. His research interests span several areas in public policy, including Environmental Management, Sustainable Decision-making, and Collaboration.

Georgia Tech’s School of Public Policy provided Evan with the skills necessary to successfully compete in a competitive academic market and gave him the opportunity to acquire valuable experience both teaching and doing research in the field. During his PhD, Evan collaborated with both faculty and his fellow students, publishing peer reviewed research in several journals, including the Journal of Environmental Management, Energy Research and Social Science, and the Journal of Management in Engineering.
