Biography:

Ms. Morley is the founder and president of Rebecca Morley Consulting, which is focused on improving the health of underserved places and populations. Previously, she was the Director of the Health Impact Project, a collaboration of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Pew Charitable Trusts. Ms. Morley was director of the National Center for Healthy Housing (NCHH) between 2002 and 2014. She also worked for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and in the United States Senate. She holds a master’s degree in public policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a graduate of Achieving Excellence, a joint leadership program of NeighborWorks America and Harvard University. While at Georgia Tech, Rebecca applied for the Presidential Management Fellowship program, which gave her direct experience and access into work with the federal government. It was at Georgia Tech that she decided to combine her technical interests in environmental science with public policy solutions. She has used those skills throughout her career in environmental health and social determinants.
