Overview

Jeongyoon "Jane" Yang is a joint Ph.D. Student between Georgia Tech and the Andrew Young School of Public Policy, Georgia State University. Her research focuses on the nexus of cross-sector collaboration, government-nonprofit relationships, and inter-organizational networks. She is interested in the role of intermediary institutions between the public and private sectors. Her recent research looks into the dynamics of intermediary institutions in university technology transfer and how police foundations shape the behaviors of police departments.
