Overview
Jeongyoon "Jane" Yang is a joint PhD candidate in public policy at the Georgia Institute of Technology and Georgia State University. Her research focuses on how interorganizational collaboration can be more effective in solving complex policy problems. Drawing on organization theory and interorganizational networks, she examines these questions in innovation ecosystems and service delivery. Her dissertation looks at how universities, government agencies, and intermediary organizations coordinate within a regional innovation ecosystem to commercialize publicly funded research and whether those systems deliver for the users they are designed to serve.
