Accelerate Your Education with the B.S./M.S. in Public Policy

The B.S./M.S. in Public Policy is a great way for undergraduate public policy students to save money and time pursuing their master’s degree.

With this option, you can double-count two graduate-level courses toward both your bachelor’s and master’s degree requirements.

The B.S./M.S. reduces the cost of the master’s program, especially for students on the HOPE or Zell Miller Scholarships. It also provides an extra year to continue research projects and grow your connections with faculty and students at Georgia Tech.

Why B.S./M.S. in Public Policy?

“I chose the B.S./M.S. in Public Policy because I felt that having a master's degree would set me up for better policy career opportunities in the future. With the current job market as it is, I think we’re all aware that any edge on your resume helps.

“I also wasn't entirely certain what type of policy career I wanted coming out of undergrad, so this program gave me the time and flexibility to continue exploring my options, all the while gaining a higher degree and more in-depth knowledge. As an in-state student, this program was an extremely accessible and affordable way to achieve that goal!”
