How to Apply for the Joint Ph.D. Program with GSU

Students who are interested in the joint program must apply to both Georgia Tech and GSU. However, the application fee is paid only once through the Georgia Tech application system. This Georgia State fee waiver form allows you to apply to GSU without submitting a second application fee.

After completing the Georgia Tech application, complete and submit your GSU application through Georgia State’s Graduate Admissions portal.

Outside of this, the above information on Public Policy Ph.D. application requirements, costs, funding, and advising applies to the joint Ph.D. program as well.
