(He/Him)Moe Kyaw Thu is a Ph.D. student at the School of Public Policy, with a minor in Urban Analytics. Concurrently, Moe is also pursuing Master's degrees in Computer Science and Statistics at the Georgia Institute of Technology, complemented by an ongoing pursuit of the Management of Technology Certificate at the Scheller College of Business. In general, his research analyzes the intersection between emerging technologies and public policymaking. In particular, it focuses on promoting risk and governance strategies in the context of rapidly emerging technological landscapes.
